The markings in plane’s paper logbook and electronic logbook (www.mik.fi/kirja) MUST BE IDENTICAL and both are to be filled immediately when returning the paper logbook and plane’s keys to club room.
Use caution when filling the www form – it does not try to guess or remember the date or plane of your last entry, so make sure you enter them correctly for each subsequent flight.
Please, calculate flight time correctly and do not mix departure and arrival times. It is very time consuming job to fix the mistakes.
We pay JET-A1 excise duty monthly based on fuel consumption, to exclude school flights we need exact flown air time and correct type of flight. For avgas/mogas we apply tax refund twice a year.
Please remember to fill e-logbook (kirja) immediatly after flight – we have two computers and a free wifi at club room, so there’s no excuse to leave it to a later time.
Before proceeding to payment, please review your flights www.mik.fi/kirja/omat.php, if you find mistakes you can edit the entries until you generate invoice, just scroll to right edge of the list and click “Muokkaa”.

Sama Suomeksi: koneen matkapäivän ja e-kirjan merkintöjen pitää olla yhdenmukaiset, ja molemmat täytetään heti kun palautat koneen kirjan ja avaimet kerholle. Meillä on tätä varten tarjolla kaksi tietokonetta sekä wifi.

Lentoajat on laskettava paperiseen kirjaan minuutilleen oikein. Virheiden korjaaminen on erittäin työlästä, tarkastamme merkinnät kuukausittain tullille tehtävää JET A1 -valmisteveroilmoitusta varten.
